“10/10 Service. We used Mr Anthony Allen and from the beginning phenomenal. This was my first ever time doing a claim for a roof. My first home so I was afraid of getting screwed over and just not knowing what to expect. Mr Allen walked me through step by step from inspection, approval and roof completion. He did not force anything on me which I love and gave me the ultimate control!! I’m so thrilled with my roof, from the ridges which makes a huge difference, the selection of shingles was amazing . He even was able to get my gutters replaced ( not shown in photo) on top of my roof.

One thing I want to point of was the attention to detail for his team. They arrived on time, Anthony was on site with his team, and was amazing. He also helped walk us through the process of filing a claim with our home insurance company. When he passed us on to scheduling the replacement and ordering supplies, Christian kept us in the loop as far as when materials were delivered and what the replacement day would look like. I remember with my mom's house years ago it took a couple of days to replace the roof and it seemed a huge headache before, during and after. Firehouse had an amazing team that had the old roof off and the new one on by the end of the day. They also put down special tarp netting to catch materials that came off the roof so we haven't had any issues with finding stray nails or other pieces in the yard. “I can’t speak highly enough of our consultant, James Way. We knew the roof on the home we purchased was in decent shape, but wanted an honest assessment of areas where it was truly problematic. Other roofing companies gave estimates in the thousands, one over $10k, for work they recommended right now. That just didn’t seem right because we knew with the age of the roof it would likely need to be fully replaced in the next few years anyway.

Thankfully we had James come out for an assessment, and he was clear and transparent from the start. He acknowledged that the roof would probably need a replacement in the next few years, but that the roof was overall in decent shape.
