“My granny mother died in 2019 a year later her head stone started to sink. My family and I went to the office and put in numerous work request. Nothing was done I stopped by today because her birthday is coming up n I wanted to make sure her headstone with lifted smh and as I expected still sinking. I go back to the office this time im ready to make a scene. A lady named Audrey greeted me with a smile asked how could she help. I was pissed but her face and tone of voice wouldn’t allow me to ugly. I gave her my issue. And when I left she insured it would be don’t today well it’s been about two hours and she sent me pictures of the finished work. My family and I are extremely happy.
