“Scott is truly a dog behaviorist. He listened to our concerns, assessed our dog's issues, came up with a working plan and explained everything very clearly.
Scott knows exactly what he's talking about; he gave the reasoning behind each strategy, including what the dog is thinking and what could go wrong if we did the opposite of his suggestion. Several of the dog trainers we had used in the past had given us incorrect information on how to handle our dog. Scott was good for us because he sent follow-up emails with information and more plans. He was kind and understanding, not judgmental.“

“Dr Chandrasekar literally saved my 15 year old dog from dying of pyrometra. They got me in next day for surgery that was reasonably priced. The odds of making it out of surgery were slim considering her age. She called right when it was finished and gave me the best news of my life. She is recovering perfectly. After surgery from this doctor she acts like a puppy again and her surgery scar is perfectly straight and so well done. I will never go to another vet. All the staff are super empathetic and so nice and personable. Thank you for saving my dogs life!“

“I have been a client at this location of MetroPaws for over 10 years, with the primary reasons being the excellence in medical care for our family pets, however, in my last visit the excellence in client care was also proven to be beyond anyone's expectation. Our highly fearful dog became lose in the parking area, zig-zagging across and up and down Skillman for approximately 15 minutes until he was caught. Without the help from clinic personnel, I fear what could have happened. I want to highlight Vanessa who brought out treats and an extra leash and, of course, Dr., Deresz who is brilliant! “We have an English Bulldog who has severe anxiety and needs special care. They were so caring and loaded him up with treats and made him feel comfortable. The tech, Chelsi was so kind and patient and Dr. Mueller was so attentive and sweet.“

“Still coming here and pleased as can be. If you live anywhere near this clinic, run don't walk to take your fur babies there. I have been taking my babies to them for over 20 years and they do amazing work. We have had emergency life-saving situations, just regular ongoing care, and sadly euthanasia when the time came. Dr. Connor and the entire team of vets, techs, and admin staff handled all of these with compassion and professionalism. Amy, our groomer kept the babies looking like movie stars. I just can't say enough good things about this clinic!“

“Since Christmas, it’s been a whirlwind of emotions! My 10-year-old dog has always had a sensitive tummy but nothing like this. I immediately called Modern Animal and spoke to a nurse named Ashley whom got me scheduled for my appointment. Then I spoke to Alexis who helped me figure out what kind of treatment I needed before I showed up to my appointment and while at my appointment, Miss Alyshia in Dr. Mitra were amazing! So patient and accommodating. I left with tears in my eyes from the relief. Going to the vet is always a scary situation especially with a senior dog! “City Vet | Uptown has very good Dr's when it comes to your pet. They explain to you what they need to do and are very caring. All the Dr's from City Vet are so amazing. I'm very satisfied with them. I give them 1000 % stars. My is 7 bunnies that I have only part of them have been seen by the City Vet. But if they get sick I will take them the City Vet.“
