“I called Blake this morning (1-16-24) He returned my call promptly. I explained that I had a broken wifi on my laptop, that my laptop could not even detect that I had a wifi adapter. So I thought my hardware was broken. Like where could it even it go, right? He gave me a quick fix I could try. I could right click on start button, select Device Manager, then uninstall my wifi adapter, and then reinstall it. This worked! I'm back online! Thank you Blake for saving me a $150 repair visit, for only 1-2 minutes of your time!“
