“Servant Remodel has completed 2 remodels for us. One in 2023 and one in 2016. Also they remodeled a friend’s kitchen a couple of years ago. They are professional, on time and work hard to protect areas they aren’t working on. Also they finished both of my jobs on time. “Scapes Incorporated designed and created our perfect dream backyard. Davey and Raza listened to what some of our wishes were and came up with a beautiful creative design with a modern look. They had some unusual plants with beautiful pottery, with a backdrop of a jasmine on a trellis on one side, and on the other side they custom made beautiful modern metal planter boxes in between Holly trees. We also replaced our grass with turf and had they suggested the perfect one! We are beyond pleased with their work and their team were wonderful to work. They installed the whole back yard in just a few weeks. We would definitely recommend their team for their amazing talent and creativity and it was pleasure to work with their team! We would love for them to do our front yard landscape design soon!“

“I called Miller Grass for a referral for someone to install sod. They recommended a contractor they believed would do a good job. After the installation, I watered the sod by hand twice a day for 10 days as recommended to help the sod establish. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how the installation turned out. I contacted Miller Grass for advice on how to address the issues, and what happened next completely exceeded my expectations. The owner, John Russell Neely, personally called me to discuss my concerns. Even more impressive, he arranged to have a professional landscaper come to my home, assess the situation, make repairs, and offered to cover the cost. The contractor who performed the installation is no longer with Miller Grass, yet John stood behind the referral and took responsibility for helping me find a solution. That level of customer service is extremely rare and demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Fortunately, the project was not a total failure, and hopefully will require only minor repairs. Thank you John Russell Neely for your high standards of business ethics, accountability, and customer care.“

“I wanted to add to and modify my landscaping. Grant came out and I gave him some general ideas of what I wanted. Grant took that information and developed a landscape design. We worked on that design until I knew it was what I would like to do. Garden Design took the design and turned it into a detailed proposal reflecting the quantities of materials and cost. I was happy with the proposal and gave approval. Jesse was assigned as project manager. Grant and Jesse came out on a pre-work meeting. This meeting gave all of us to communicate the vision for the landscaping as well as an opportunity to communicate potential items that could impact the work. The work was completed in three stages. I am very happy with the result. The plants used are very healthy and growing already. Working with both Grant and Jesse was a pleasure. I am considering additional work for perhaps next year. I will be calling Grant when I am ready.“
