“I microbladed my eyebrows in 2016. Unfortunately, they were terribly done--uneven in both shape and size. I was told they'd fade after 1.5 to 2 years, but they never did. Instead, they changed color to a blue-grey. I felt insecure and even depressed about my eyebrows for years. Then I found Nicole and The Brow Project on Instagram. I decided to go in for a consultation to see if there was any way to fix them. To my surprise, I was told I could get tattoo removal. I immediately scheduled an appointment. Nicole used PICO laser tattoo removal to treat the microblading. I was nervous my eyebrows might turn white or look worse, but the tone turned into a pretty champagne shade--thankfully. The removal made me look years younger! I only needed one session, and months later, I'm now doing nano brows with Nicole. I'm so incredibly grateful I found her and The Brow Project. After my due diligence I found that without question that Au Naturel had the best reviews, the website was a fine representation of what you will be getting in as far as aesthetics and professionalism. I was interested in getting permanent eyeliner on my upper lids. I called the studio to ask my questions before booking and Liberty answered the phone. She gave me her time and attention describing the process from beginning to end. She also answered all my questions and by the end of our conversation I was certain that I had picked the right place.
I received the initial paperwork, which clearly explained everything in writing and felt very professional to me. Only after reviewing it did I sign and book.
My appointment was lovely and could not have been more pleasant. The studio is warm, cozy, and meticulous; the music soothing and the table was amazingly comfortable. Liberty was charming and explained everything as she proceeded. I was amazed that there was no pain or discomfort and the time flew by. I felt thrilled when I viewed the finished work right away. The recovery was minimal. I had a dinner party that night and no one noticed that I had done work. So thrilled was I that I have made my next appointment to have my lower lids done.
I am just sorry that I did not have this done sooner. If you are hesitant at all do not be. Call and make an appointment - you will not regret it!“
