Everyone I was in contact with was kind, understanding & helpful. Unfortunately our issue is with fruit flies and the solution is perseverance. We were given several things to do, but there was no charge for a 20 minute visit. Frank said there really wasn't more to do than what we were doing. Not like most companies who would charge large fees with no guarantees!

They are always on time, very knowledgeable, great customer service, and we haven't had any problems in the 10 plus years that we've used Arrow. I appreciate their follow up as I am so busy that I forget. It's nice not having to worry because I know they will make an appointment that works for me. I also appreciate that they always call when they are on their way. Arrow is a great company with great people.
