I bought my house in 2020. To my delight I found Omega paperwork from the previous owners. The owners had hired Omega to rid the house of pests and seal it up to prevent any returning… with a lifetime guarantee. Lifetime?! I called Omega and yes the warranty was legit and they honored it. Wow. I was hearing noises in my attic so they came out to inspect. Turns out pests had taken advantage of roof damage and a new gap where a pipe goes into the wall. They’re back!!
