“SO many great things about this medical office. I just moved to Dallas and was on the hunt for a good PCP to see regularly. Not only were the staff so nice and helpful, they were personable and it felt as though they truly cared about me as a person AND patient.
Dr. Nydjia Lawrence was AMAZING on so many levels. I felt advocated for and she was so nice, personable, and answered all of my questions. As a black woman, it’s been difficult to trust the medical industry to do me right. She did me right- point, blank, period. She even asked a few questions herself- which is uncommon in a lot of doctors and nurses these days beyond the mandatory questions.
They worked with me in terms of my schedule and my insurance coverage. They even taught me about how to advocate for myself further in my medical experience.
I will be coming back for check ups and applicable procedures/exams.“

“My wife had to have emergency surgery, and she was treated so well by the staff. The emergency room staff was thorough and caring. Her nurses, Monica, Catherine and Anahi were wonderful. She also had another nurse named Rosa, who took over her care, who was just as amazing as the first 3. When she was transferred to the 11th floor, her nurses were equally amazing. Her nurses, Bethany and Vanessa gave her great care. All in all, the staff at Methodist Dallas did a wonderful job taking care of my wife. We are so thankful to them all!“

“I have come to this hospital three times. Dr. Bhalli has seen me twice and Dr. Arie Marencenbaum has seen me as well. I had one visit that was quite scary and ended up needing surgery. These are my two favorite Doctors. I wish they were our primary physicians. We are still new to the area and have not found a primary yet. This is a busy place... but they work hard to see you in a timely manner. I've never felt rushed, nor have they made me feel silly for coming.“

“I was scheduled for a biopsy Aug. 7, 2025. I was really nervous, so Veronica Kennedy (RN) explained the procedure to me and says it’s nothing to worry about. She also said she’ll go in the room with me to hold my hand, if I wanted her too. The day of I asked for her and she came in the room with me. She made sure I was comfortable, she talked to me to keep my mind from wondering, and she was letting me know what they were about to do before they did it. The biopsy went and felt exactly how she explained it to me. I just want to say Thank you ?. Ladies biopsy wasn’t painful at all. After the procedure it’s a little discomfort, but Tylenol will help. I pray good health for everyone.“
