“SO many great things about this medical office. I just moved to Dallas and was on the hunt for a good PCP to see regularly. Not only were the staff so nice and helpful, they were personable and it felt as though they truly cared about me as a person AND patient.
Dr. Nydjia Lawrence was AMAZING on so many levels. I felt advocated for and she was so nice, personable, and answered all of my questions. As a black woman, it’s been difficult to trust the medical industry to do me right. She did me right- point, blank, period. She even asked a few questions herself- which is uncommon in a lot of doctors and nurses these days beyond the mandatory questions.
They worked with me in terms of my schedule and my insurance coverage. They even taught me about how to advocate for myself further in my medical experience.
I will be coming back for check ups and applicable procedures/exams.“

“I have been going to Cooper Clinic for more than twenty years. It is, by far, the best option for preventative care that I have found. Dr. Carolyn Terry is fantastic. She is extremely thorough and professional. She has been my doctor for each of my visits, and I'm fortunate to have her. Yesterday's visit was no exception. It is pricey, but very worth it.“

Decent service, been going for a while. Appoinments rarely start on time and the Dr was almost 20 minutes late. No worries, it happens. But when you are late? Good luck. Front desk refused to reschedule my appointment or tell me how long I would need to wait to be fit in. Instead they wanted to be petty and bust my balls about not being there on time. No worries, I reschedule myself. Do I need to draw my own blood next time? Because I'm gonna need to be on the payroll if I have to do yalls jobs!“

“This is the best hospital. If you have a loved one with liver issues etc. this is the go to place. I had 2 family members with cirhosis- (bro & sis) the bro went to a different hospital they didn't help, get him Medicaid or some kind of assistance to help him. They didn't try any alternative methods or have knowledge of it is what I believe. He got sick they wrote him off and said all they could do was let him go peacefully. He passed away in a hospital in North Dallas.
The sister went to the liver institute @Methodistdallas - they constantly tried different things, looked for ways to help, used their assistance funds to help get her home or buy her medicine sometimes. The doctors for liver kidney lungs all worked together tirelessly. They made all the appointments to be approved for a liver transplant, got her on the list,and then found her liver and transplanted her. They literally saved her life more times than I can count!! If your or someone you love gets sick go to this hospital!! That's my opinion & it always will be. Everyone cares from the custodians to the surgeons to the ones who run the hospital.“

“We had such a great experience at Airrosti in Denton! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. We took our 13 yr old daughter there with knee injury. Hailey Jones took the time to really listen, explain what was going on, and show her exactly what to do to help her pain. After just a few visits, she felt a huge difference. They don't just treat the pain -- they teach you how to keep it from coming back, which I really appreciated. The office is clean, organized, and runs right on schedule (no long waits, which is a big plus!). They also have an app to keep up with appointments, Rehab exercises and where they can check in with you or you can message them with any questions. I honestly can't recommend this place enough. “Diamond health is the way medicine should be practiced! Dr Tran is such an amazing dr! The staff here are ALWAYS so kind, professional, prompt! And the clinic is so beautiful and warm and comfortable. I am so thankful I found this practice and Dr Tran! She has changed my life. Having dealt with severe chronic and acute health issues, she has stood by me, making sure I get the answers and help that I need. “I needed a new PCP and grateful to have found Dr. Linh Nguyen and the Prima Health Clinic. I had previously tried to find a new PCP and the one clinic I went to was not great and after waiting over an hour past my appointment time, I walked out. With another clinic, I was told I would have to wait 1-2 months even after letting them know I had a fever for a week. With Prima Health it is easy to park, the office is quiet, and I was able to see a doctor asap because I was really ill. Dr. Nguyen is very kind, listens and got me the treatment I needed.“

“This is a great place for children with speech issues and for reading. When we started coming here my daughter was REALLY behind in reading and now she is in grade level! My sons came in with speech delay and we could barely understand what they said. Now any one can understand my boys. That is all thanks to the hard work and dedication from the staff here. I am beyond grateful for the staff here for helping my kids. The staff here is bilingual, professional and friendly. The location is clean and the staff decorates it according to the season.“
