Not only were the staff so nice and helpful, they were personable and it felt as though they truly cared about me as a person AND patient.<br>Dr. Nydjia Lawrence was AMAZING on so many levels. I felt advocated for and she was so nice, personable, and answered all of my questions. As a black woman, it’s been difficult to trust the medical industry to do me right. She did me right- point, blank, period. She even asked a few questions herself- which is uncommon in a lot of doctors and nurses these days beyond the mandatory questions.<br>They worked with me in terms of my schedule and my insurance coverage. They even taught me about how to advocate for myself further in my medical experience.<br>I will be coming back for check ups and applicable procedures/exams.”

She also said she’ll go in the room with me to hold my hand, if I wanted her too. The day of I asked for her and she came in the room with me. She made sure I was comfortable, she talked to me to keep my mind from wondering, and she was letting me know what they were about to do before they did it. The biopsy went and felt exactly how she explained it to me. I just want to say Thank you ?. Ladies biopsy wasn’t painful at all. After the procedure it’s a little discomfort, but Tylenol will help. I pray good health for everyone.”
