“If you are looking for a great realtor Mr. Reginald Cole is it. My experience with him was “exceptional”. He helped me find my forever home. I am so meticulous, and Reginald was very patient with helping me through the process of finding what I was looking for. He is a good listener and was always available when I called with questions and or concerns. I must say I was extremely impressed with his level of knowledge – he knows his craft.I was nervous about the processes; however, he assured me not to worry. He explained everything well, and managed every obstacle which relieved a lot of stress for me. I was selling my old home, and the buyers wanted to move in sooner than I was prepared for. Reginald worked his magic making it possible for me to move into my new home, meeting all deadlines for closing.Reginald ensured the warranties were transferred to me, and on top of that I received a new roof (wha hoo)! I was very lucky to have Reginald as my realtor, he went above and beyond helping me and I highly recommend to anyone. – SWilliams”
