I used to really dislike the staff at this location .. That is , until Brandon came along . I absolutely love his vibe and energy and willingness to be so kind and patient and treats everyone like they have been lifelong friends . I will only go to this location now simply because of him. This location has massively improved as of recent. They have a new manager, Brandon I think is his name, who massively improves the vibe around the store, a much needed bump of positivity for this store which in the past hasn't always been, let's say exceptional, in customer service and the overall customer experience as a whole.

I’ve been salon tanning on and off my whole adult life.This PBT location is hands down the best all around! Love the staff, beds, cleanliness and amenities. I have read the negative “employee” reviews (which sound sketchy) and again PBT handled each one professionally. Look no further. This is the place!Service: Tanning
