“I called Shared Restoration to have them come out and inspect my father's home for any leaks. I was pleasantly surprised when they had an appointment available the very next day. The young gentleman was punctual, reliable, and had great customer service. He thoroughly inspected my Dad's house and was very welcoming of us following him throughout the house as he explained everything he was doing in detail. The best part was the young man also spoke Spanish! He was able to communicate effectively with my Dad without me having to translate. I will most definitely be referring this business to anyone I know in need of this service. Did I mention he even went under to inspect the crawlspace?! “Reached out to.them to replace a wind turbine that flew off the top of my house. They replaced the wind turbine(s), nut additionally cleared out my gutters, added protection to my chimney from raccoons, and provided additional information that would be useful down the road(all the additional items at no cost).They were here same day, and were quick and informative. Would highly recommend them for any roof repair you might need that they could fix.“

“Josue has done a few projects across a couple of our properties. We’ve been contacting Josue for all sorts of work - very small roof repair, shower remodel, and larger stucco and siding repair among others. I highly recommend Josue for the reasons below.1. Excellent customer service: There was a scenario that our siding and the waterproofing was not installed to my preference (there was nothing wrong with it, I had just wanted it a different way). When I brought it up, Josue had his crew redid the entire work. It pushed the schedule back and I’m sure that increased the expense on his side (he had to extent his rental on the equipment, and work extra days), but never did I hear any pushback to my request, or extra charge to the invoice.2. Great communication: throughout the different repair projects we had with him, I really appreciated how technical and detailed Josue was able to explain how his repairs would solve our different problems. As an engineer, I really appreciated the level of detail he was able to provide, it was as if I was talking to another engineer.3. Goes above and beyond: In one instance, Isaac, one of his crew, quoted us to repair a very small portion of flooring after our tenants left our rental property. Not only did he just repair the floor, he had the leaves in the backyard all swept, floors all mopped up, and adjusted all doors, among other things.For these reasons, I highly recommend Josue, Isaac, and his crew. On top of that, his pricings are VERY fair. If you have need any type of work in your house, do yourself a favor and give Josue a call. Maybe get at least 2 other quotes since that’s what everyone seem to recommend, but just choose Josue anyway, because you’ll be happy with their results.“
