I did a Zoom stretch session with Nicole and it was amazing! My body needed it more then I realized, and she made me feel so empowered to do more. I personally forget how important deep stretching is to our daily tasks and this session was the reminder I needed. Nicole always has a smile on her face and amazing energy! 10 out of 10 would recommend to all levels and ages. #TAKETHECLASS

Nicole is an incredibly knowledgeable yoga instructor! She knows what you need even when you don't know it or want to admit it. This means you always get the best. The best of her and the best for you. You will leave her classes feeling like you worked to make a difference in your body and in your life--while having a wicked fun time!

Nicole holds space for you in the most beautiful, encouraging way - guiding you clearly and effectively through various asanas and adjusting where needed. Having not been the biggest fan of online yoga classes, I have to say, Nicole has changed that perspective for me now! With her vibrant energy, extensive knowledge of the body, mind and spirt, you can't help but become completely immersed in a session with her!
