“Josue has done a few projects across a couple of our properties. We’ve been contacting Josue for all sorts of work - very small roof repair, shower remodel, and larger stucco and siding repair among others. I highly recommend Josue for the reasons below.1. Excellent customer service: There was a scenario that our siding and the waterproofing was not installed to my preference (there was nothing wrong with it, I had just wanted it a different way). When I brought it up, Josue had his crew redid the entire work. It pushed the schedule back and I’m sure that increased the expense on his side (he had to extent his rental on the equipment, and work extra days), but never did I hear any pushback to my request, or extra charge to the invoice.2. Great communication: throughout the different repair projects we had with him, I really appreciated how technical and detailed Josue was able to explain how his repairs would solve our different problems. As an engineer, I really appreciated the level of detail he was able to provide, it was as if I was talking to another engineer.3. Goes above and beyond: In one instance, Isaac, one of his crew, quoted us to repair a very small portion of flooring after our tenants left our rental property. Not only did he just repair the floor, he had the leaves in the backyard all swept, floors all mopped up, and adjusted all doors, among other things.For these reasons, I highly recommend Josue, Isaac, and his crew. On top of that, his pricings are VERY fair. If you have need any type of work in your house, do yourself a favor and give Josue a call. Maybe get at least 2 other quotes since that’s what everyone seem to recommend, but just choose Josue anyway, because you’ll be happy with their results.“

“RJW replaced my roof. I am very happy with how they handled the whole process. They are 100% customer oriented, easy to communicate with, very reliable and accountable. Most importantly for me, they are trustworthy.Ryan, the face of RJW, always goes above and beyond my expectations. When I initially called him look at my roof, I told him about our high electricity usage especially during the peak summer months. At that point, I had already had a few companies assess my attic and come up with combinations of solutions like radiant barrier, new insulation, solar fans etc none of which were inexpensive.After looking at the roof, Ryan did an inspection of my attic and said my problem was inadequate attic ventilation. He said the combination of vents I had were canceling out the work done by each other. No one until then had made this observation.He did an analysis of the ventilation and came up with 2 different ways to handle the 'short circuit' in the atticWhen it was time to replace my roof, I clearly knew I wanted to go with Ryan's company. Along with the roof work, he cut open new soffit vents, cleared out the existing soffit vents that were blocked and increased the size of most of the existing vents.This work was done in mid September. So I am yet to go through high temperatures. However I'm fairly sure that I'll see a significant improvement in attic temperatures.Ryan is also great with working with the insurance companies.Heidi, his associate is the one who manages the roofing crew. Again, very committed and a joy to work with.The subcontractors that RJW hires do diligent work. A great example for this is the fencing subcontractor they hire. My fence looks so beautiful after they re-stained it.In short, attention to detail is their tag line.Service: Roof installation“
“I called them for emergency same day service. He told me he doesn't think he'll have time to help me but after he heard the problem he made time for it. Was way more proffessional than any other handyman services I have dealt with to this point. Definitely recommend and will only be calling these guys from now on.Plus they are a family business. Way better than supporting these handyman corporations! Price was totally reasonable.“

“Robert and the team at 78 built a board on board fence for my home a few years ago and it still looks amazing. I've seen fences go up and fall apart around my neighborhood but that is not the fence you get with 78 Fence and Backyard Concepts. Installation was hands off for me. Never needed to get involved. Had no issues. They even cut out some tree limbs and plants to make space for the fence. High quality, done right the first time, and it is lasting like a champ. The value they provide is better than I've seen. If you value your time and money, I highly recommend them.“
