After meeting with him and listening to his approach to our job, I wanted to post a note of appreciation for his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for us and our floors.Joe visited our home yesterday (the evening before the Thanksgiving holiday) to assess an area of water damaged hardwood floors, caused by an appliance leak. He was systematic and thorough in both his evaluation of the floor as well as his explanations to us.
