“I have been a client of this place for two years. Most of the therapists are great, but yesterday I had a bittersweet experience with Chuti. It was my first time with her, and the massage itself was very good. However, when I was about to pay with cash, she asked, “How much tip will you leave for me?” When I named the amount, she literally said, “Why are you giving me such a small tip?”

I always left tips to all therapists before.
With all due respect to tipping culture, tipping is still at the discretion of the client and is a privilege, not a right. I believe that asking for tips in such a manner is very inappropriate. I ended up leaving her a bit more to avoid discomfort, but I will not book with her again.“

“I have been here before for a prenatal massage and I absolutely loved it. The environment is so common and welcoming. They also have a really great tea that I have become a really big fan of. My second appointment I went in for a Botox consult and that went great. We got me scheduled, and I came back later for the appointment. We made it halfway through the Botox appointment and we had gotten done with the Forehead portion, and the lady asked if I would like a break and I said that I was doing good and then all of a sudden the lights went out. That was not their fault at all as somebody hit a transformer, and the power went out for the entire block. I jokingly responded that I guess that that decided that we were getting a break lol. We got our way through it though. It was easily the most entertaining spa experience I’ve ever had and honestly it made me want to go back even more because of how funny and entertaining the situation was. We did some problem-solving and were able to finish the appointment. Another employee helped hold some flashlights to help so we could see where we needed to do the injections. Everybody did a great job and were extremely apologetic about the situation, but it wasn’t something that bothered me at all and their ability to problem solve and figure out how we could finish the session was great. I love the employees and the environment, and the care and service was wonderful. I will definitely be going back for sure!!“

-They don’t play. Hard pressure means “i will be sore tomorrow”.
-Tye use oil and hot stones towards the end for a more relaxing element

Cons
-Not all masseuses are created equal. If you find one you like, ask their name and go back for them
-It’s not private, it’s an open format to keep costs low. You can hear other people and masseuses will talk to each other
-It’s more like you get what you get. Don’t go in with the expectations of a message catered to you. Often communication is very low.
-Sometimes your guy might smell like cigarettes. It’s a small price to pay“

We did the 40 minute basic service which was a foot soak and 20 minute foot massages on each leg. They did a wonderful job, and our feet felt brand new upon leaving.
