Friendly professional staff! Dr Krug is extremely knowledgeable, always thorough in explanations, and doesn't recommend anything that isn't really necessary. I love the whole atmosphere which is warm and not overly clinical. I've trusted Dr Krug with all my dogs since 1990, especially the ones with health challenges!

Had such an amazing visit here for our little Ares. Everyone was so nice, everything was explained very well, and you can just tell they really care about getting your little ones in tiptop shape! The two doors for different animals is really convenient. They have great appointment times and they never make you feel like they are just rushing through and not listening to you. (I kinda wish they took humans lol). I just really appreciate this place and am glad we found somewhere that we can trust to take our elderly dogs. Thank you!

Just left there after a great experience. From the time I checked in, filled out my paperwork. Just a few minutes later, they already had me and my dog in the back getting taken care of.
