I loved my first experience at Westlake! The manager, Sneha, was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Since I was new, there were many forms and insurance related things that I needed to fill out, and she walked me through it all so it was easy! Then, I saw the PA, Becca, and she was amazing! She explains everything so thoroughly and actually made a skin check fun! All of the MAs were delightful and truly, everyone I encountered was both friendly and very professional. HIGHLY recommend Becca Boss! She is amazing. I have been getting botox for years but she is by far the best injector I have ever had. Not only that, she also has the best personality. She is seriously the best!
