She listens to what you want, makes recommendations and helps guide your choice of product and timeline of aftercare. She has products to extend the life of the tan but isn't pushy with selling. Everyone always asks where I went and comments how natural my tan looks. I had to go somewhere else recently after waiting too long to book and she was sold out- I was disappointed.
