Just wanted to provide an update from my previous negative review (below), I was promptly contacted by Weed Man Knoxville where their representative, Michael, took ownership to address my concerns and to ensure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I highly respect a company that will stand behind their service and product, such as Weed Man has. I was impressed that they focused on getting the problem resolved versus making excuses. While I’m no longer in the Knoxville service area I would still recommend their services, the yard maintenance was always great and my initial concern was only with billing, which they have addressed.The office and billing administration at Weed Man Knoxville is the absolute worst. I have not owned or lived in a property since July of last year yet they keep completing new service and billing me for it. I have called and emailed them multiple times yet they can’t seem to get it corrected.“
