I can’t say enough about Angela Nelson. I went to her with a knee injury that was so bad I couldn’t straighten my leg. By the end of her session , I could straighten my leg with no pain. After that one session I was able resume my daily 4 mile walk. She is great!
I've lived a long, physically irresponsible life. I never truly believed I could be free of the consequences of the way I've treated my body. Just one hour long session with Josie changed my life, I still can't believe I've gone so long living with pain and unnecessary limitations. I cant praise this place or Josie enough! Thank you all!
These people work wonders! They give you tough love on the massage and you end up feeling like a million dollars at the end. Simply amazing!I bought the 3 message package before my marathon and it was the key to my prep, performance and recovery!
