Patrick came out to the Pure Magic Car Wash on Alcoa Hwy where I had inadvertently locked my keys in the car. He got there in under 30 minutes and had my car unlocked quickly even though it was a bit of a challenge. Best part is that he was able to make me a new key/remote on the spot that another locksmith company failed to get programmed and told me I would have to take it to a dealer. Best part is he did it for $50 less! Highly recommend.
Great customer service! Patrick installed new locks at our home. Highly recommend
I have used Pop-A-Lock twice now. Once 2 years ago, when I locked my keys in my house, and today to program 2 keyfobs for our car. He was done programming the key fobs within 10 minutes, and beat the price of programming 2 fobs of everyone else I looked into. Super happy with their service. They also did not push me to buy key fobs from them. They even confirmed the ones I wanted to order from amazon had the correct part numbers before I ordered them.
