“This is the best Opthalmologist practice we've ever gone to. We've got a large family; the 9 of us have seen all 3 doctors over the past 3 years. We have all only ever had excellent experiences from check in to buying glasses. (You can buy cheaper glasses elsewhere but it's a risk they won't get the prescription right if you have progressives or bifocals.)“

“I have had LASIK surgery here in both eyes years ago. After I got cataracts they removed my natural lenses and put in artificial lenses. When they did my surgery they gave me monovision so my left eye is set for very close and my right eye is set for distant. When they put the lenses in I got the same setup because I liked it so much. I do steel work so I wear glasses. I got my glasses in bifocals so that they can adjust my right eye down to reading and my left eye out to distance. I'm very pleased with the service that I have gotten from their business on Weisgarber Rd. I get my glasses from The dispensary on Weisgarber. Since these doctors are the ones that did my surgeries I will not go to another eye doctor anywhere I always go back to them. I've had a few emergency instances where I got steel or fiberglass in my eye and they worked me right in and fixed me up. I give them five out of 5 stars. I wouldn't go anywhere else.“

“Wonderful experience ?I took my 2.5 year old to have an eye exam. She is special needs so it is difficult to keep up with her at times while also filling out paperwork. I was getting a little overwhelmed because my daughter kept trying to run to different rooms and was even trying to run out of the front door into the parking lot. The kind ladies at the front offered for me to wait in another area where my daughter could play with balls and other toys, even a dry erase board! Dr. Susan was absolutely wonderful as well. She is very kind and worked with my daughter beautifully. This was such a wholesome experience, honestly. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. If I could give more stars, I would. ?“

“I didn’t get glasses until later in life. SoI started at the “big box” stores. Over the last 3 years, the big one at our Knoxville mall has messed up my glasses and contacts over and over - never making eye contact with me or listening to my needs on top of ordering the wrong items. I finally found Dr. Best through a friend and she’s been such a game changer! I’m finally wearing daily contacts (which I’ve wanted for years but told I couldn’t have) and she put me in neurolenses to improve my glasses game! They’re not inexpensive but they’re worth it! I got them for sunglasses as well… AND I’m going to order an extra pair without power to wear with my contacts (for astigmatism) when I need to do more focused work/reading. She spent 40 min with me during the initial visit… never rushed me and really truly listened to my needs/wants! So grateful! Sent my husband to her and he is just as happy with her knowledge, instinct to educate and service.“
