It's difficult hiring for such a large job - and relied on word of mouth, reviews, etc. So with that in mind, here is my experience with Knoxville Land Design.
Pricing - Knoxville Land Design was not the cheapest or the most expensive. They fell in middle to upper end of all the quotes. Provided a very detailed contract so there was no confusion on expectations. Professionalism & Communication - Showed up when they said they would (weather permitting), foreman on site 95% of the time and owner would come out and check on the job periodically. We would highly recommend Knoxville land design for any of your Outdoor patio needs. From day one of meeting with Jonah Hollifield, he listened and helped with suggestions to execute our dream for a “Covered Outdoor Kitchen/BBQ” entertaining area. He helped with ideas, listened to what we wanted, drew up design ideas, worked out a price point we were comfortable with, and started the job within a very timely manner. The team of guys showed up every day consistently, and worked hard to finish the project. Jonah was great at communication, and listening to any concerns that we had. Jonah and his team were amazing to work with. They did an excellent job and finished as they said they would. They showed up on time and worked hard. They were clean and picked up when they were done. I would absolutely recommend anyone to use them. I will have them back to do more projects soon. Best company to work with.
