I had another company clean my basement carpets about 6 weeks prior - whatever they used had a very strong fragrance and they didn’t get the spots out. I wish I’d come to you first - Jay was very professional, the cleaning was fast and there was almost no odor, and all the spots are gone! My basement carpet literally looks brand new!

Jay did a very thorough job of cleaning our carpets, taking all steps necessary to get to hard to reach areas. He also protected our walls and hardwood floors. In addition, he was very personable and thoughtful. I highly recommend using Carr's for your carpet needs.
