Unfortunately, I had a poor experience. We were booked for service and were called to reschedule shortly after the planned arrival time because the cleaner was feeling ill on the way over. I was understanding and rebooked for the following day and planned accordingly. Then we were told that is not possible because the employee for tomorrow just “had a fire and thank goodness her five kids are okay”. That is awful but I felt very guilt-tripped, and still booked for a few days later if they can find staff.
