The people here are so on top of it. I was going to Spine and Sport for back pain, and it was not helping. This TN Sports Medicine place, it's hyper-personalized. Everyone is super nice. They tailor every exercise or stretch or massage or recommendation to your specific body and specific issues, rather than just giving you what a textbook would say for general back pain (that's what I felt like Spine and Sport was doing). It's also easy to schedule appts and is a tidy, open space. Great experience so far, and I look forward to my future appointments!
