Needed carpet cleaning for my parents home, old carpet with some heavy wear and pet stains. Doug took the time to ask questions on the phone and gave me a fair assessment of what to expect from outcome and price. He did a great job! Efficient, thorough, quick and a great price! Will definitely use again, and not wait too long between cleanings!

I booked Doug based on good ratings here on Yelp. I am glad to report that I concur! He is professional and knowledgeable. He was on time for the two jobs I had for him, and he accurately charged his quoted price. The price was fair and he did a great job. I especially liked that he had a strategy for the stain and the amount of water to use. I highly recommend this business.
