I want to start on Tuesday the 9th when Mitch came out and redid the turn off valves and the pipes underneath my sink and put in the faucet that I had bought at Lowe's. The only thing that was left was putting in my hot water heater tank today which is Thursday the 11th Patrick came out he had a helper and I'm sorry I can't remember the guy's name but both of them was very sweet and nice I took them downstairs to show him where the hot water heater was and they went started to replace the hot water heater it took him no time to do it so when they were through he came and got me and we went downstairs and he showed me my new hot water heater. Shane Potts and one other guy arrived ON TIME to replace my copper pipes with plastic. They worked diligently to FINISH the job EARLY in the afternoon. The cleanup was thorough and all is well. Great job guys!

I picked this company to do the work in my house after having a water leak from a busted water pipe on the outside, and getting several quotes, but Richard came out and personally gave his recommendation. He talked about other jobs that needed done maybe down the road, but he explained everything so that I could understand exactly what he was talking about. This company gives discounts to certain customers and Richard made sure that I received them. He was very knowledgeable, a hard worker, did his job very well and I can tell you that he is proud of who he works for. Which says a lot these days.
