We met with Will a Project and Design Manager who came out and looked at the area and gave us some recommendations. We decided to go with river rock for the fire pit sitting area and artificial turf. From start to finish the project was nothing but a pleasant experiance. Will and Jeremy both checked in with us on several occasions and stopped by to check in with the landscaping crew at least once a day. We are impressed with the work quality and work ethic of Juan and his crew. They worked diligently for four days to complete the project. They also ensured us that the front yard would be returned to its prior condition and they reseeded and put straw down in areas that needed it. We are very satisfied with the project. “It's difficult hiring for such a large job - and relied on word of mouth, reviews, etc. So with that in mind, here is my experience with Knoxville Land Design.<br>Pricing - Knoxville Land Design was not the cheapest or the most expensive. They fell in middle to upper end of all the quotes. Provided a very detailed contract so there was no confusion on expectations. Professionalism & Communication - Showed up when they said they would (weather permitting), foreman on site 95% of the time and owner would come out and check on the job periodically. James always responded to our text or voice mails. We never felt neglected. Crew always cleaned up at the end of the day - in front of house and the work area itself. Design - James provided a design, video, pictures - all mirrored what was accomplished. Offering design ideas and stone color based on experience and environment.<br>My husband and I are very happy with the end result and look forward to many gatherings with friends around the fire pit.<br>We will be hiring them for future work on our property.<br>Thank you James”
