Our installers were friendly and polite, and did an amazing job of making this process as painless as possible. They were extremely efficient and finished much faster than I expected they would. Carpet came out beautifully.

We worked with Emma to redo the flooring of the entire bottom floor of our house. Her customer service and expertise were outstanding! She answered all questions, help us navigate all the overwhelming options and possibilities and made sure install went smoothly and in a timely manner. The install team was also top notch! They were respectful and detail oriented. We are so happy with the results and now hoping to work with Emma and Frazier’s on 2nd floor soon as well!

Our experience with Fraziers was exceptional! Chris James was our representative and I would highly recommend him. From day one of our initial contact with him he was relentless in being attentive to matching preexisting flooring. He always did what he said he would do and when he said it would be done. I’ve never experienced such professionalism with communication. He communicated both with us and the installers to make sure things were done as we asked.
