“Jared Horetski was our service provider today. He came to service our A/C as an annual inspection. He listened to our concerns about the zone system that we have, and was able to find our problem and replace the motors that were old and not working. He was professional and friendly. He took the time to listen to us and then to explain what was going on with our system after inspecting it. He repaired it in a timely matter. I appreciate how patient he was when I asked about other services Aire Serve offers, i.e. duct cleaning. He offered to go ahead and schedule that service for us. Great job!“

“Our water main to the street had ruptured and, unbeknownst to us, had filled our crawlspace with water. We already had been without water for a day and a half, because of a larger water main break in our neighborhood, when we learned of our own break late on a Friday afternoon. Mr. Rooter called me back Friday evening and was able to send someone out first thing Saturday to evaluate. They pinpointed the problem and were honest about options. They set up service for Monday, arrived on time and completed the job in less time than the original estimate. In addition, it involved digging a trench across my yard, and midway through I panicked because I did not remember to ask them not to bust up the sidewalk, move items, ruin the flower bed, etc. ... only to find, happily, that they had avoided all those things without me even saying anything. I was initially hesitant to call a "national franchise," but these guys did a great job, communication was timely, they clearly knew what they were doing, and I felt like the price was fair. Definitely would use again. I was reminded to write a review when I noticed their truck in my neighbor's driveway this morning.“

We have a 100 year old house with a lot of unique plumbing issues, and Scott’s is one of only 2 out of the ten or so plumbers we’ve tried that was able to handle it.
