3/9/2026 John Heege was here to diagnose and fix a clogged main effluent line. John does stellar work and he’s been in the neighborhood previously when multiple owner’s irrigation connections erupted due to poor installation. I trust Hiller and John to do great work.

Tech showed up right at the beginning on the service window and explained everything that needed handled and kept me informed the entire way. He was even courteous when I let him know I would be unavailable for a time while he was working.
My pipe repair by Hiller was done successfully and professionally. Well managed from scheduling the repair to the actual work performed. I highly recommend them!
