“I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! 💅🏼 From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and kind. Jimmy was absolutely wonderful, and his customer service truly stood out! He was so friendly, patient, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire appointment. He listened to exactly what I wanted and paid so much attention to detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. My nails came out BEAUTIFUL, and I couldn’t be happier with them! I also had my eyebrows waxed, and the experience was just as amazing. It was almost closing time, and even though I told her I could come back tomorrow, she was so thoughtful and kind and was willing to wait and do my eyebrows for me. That meant so much because she easily could have said it was too late, but instead she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. And I LOVE how my eyebrows came out! She did such a beautiful job. Overall, the customer service, kindness, and attention to detail here were incredible. I left feeling so happy with my nails and eyebrows! I will definitely be coming back and recommending this salon to everyone! 💅🏼”
