Took time to listen and to make the best treatment plan. Friendly caring staff make you feel at ease with the reassuring feeling that you made the right choice for physical therapy & orthopedic care at this facility.
I choose Ortho Tennessee over any other therapy office I have had to utilize over the years. Katie Pelger goes over and above to ensure my treatment is beneficial and tries to get as much mobility as possible. Katie researches books and other methods for extra knowledge of my specific case for any additional treatment options. She is incredibly knowledgeable and works closely with the surgeons to make sure they are also connected with treatments.The two young ladies that schedule appointments are the kindest and they always remind me to schedule further visits ahead of time.You can't go wrong choosing this facility
They were very busy but remained pleasant. I only sat a minute before I was called back for my therapy. I was so happy that such a busy place was moving us through so quickly without making me feel like they were in a hurry. The therapist was excellent!
