Overall, the hospital's dedication to the well-being of its animal patients and their owners makes it a top-notch veterinary clinic.
We had our first visit with the staff and Dr. Z this morning and we are all happy campers. We just moved from ATLANTA and needed to establish care for our mutt, Cash. The staff, technicians and Dr. Z created a no-stress environment for our dog and we will definitely be using them for all our future needs.
I came to Hardin Valley because it was the closet vet after my dog was attacked by a much bigger dog. They triaged her, took X-rays, started an IV and gave har pain meds. They didn’t have the proper facilities for her care and called UT and arranged for them to take me immediately and sent them the X-rays and information. They were very responsive to our needs and were very supportive emotionally. I live in Louisville and would consider them for my vet if I wasn’t so far away.
They are always so nice. They take great care of my bestest boy Tyson. He is a senior doggo and has has some issues recently, he had to have a major surgery recently and they have taken great care of him. They answer questions and are always excited to see him. He loves coming here every time. Glad we choose them to take care of Tyson. Will always go here.
