The entire staff is so helpful! I don’t normally come here without my wife but this time I did and it couldn’t have been easier. Also the follow-up they did with me was beyond my expectations. I’d recommend them to anyone with a furry family member!
We have been to West Hills with our almost 2 year old and today we brought our 8mo old that we had gotten from Young Williams in May. He’s very fearful of the car and having this location now closer to our new home is such a blessing. The staff today and Dr. Patty at Farragut were amazing with our boy!
I had already had two of my pups there for their annual exams and vaccinations so this was my 3rd pup. They were great with all 3. I like that you can walk in and look online to see how many are ahead of you and go ahead and put your name in the queue so you don’t spend hours in the lobby waiting. They are a great team and I highly recommend them.
