3/9/2026 John Heege was here to diagnose and fix a clogged main effluent line. John does stellar work and he’s been in the neighborhood previously when multiple owner’s irrigation connections erupted due to poor installation. I trust Hiller and John to do great work.

7/5/2026 Never good when the upstairs A/C shuts down on July 4 in a heat wave. Sam was able to diagnose the unusual situation of a burned out contact switch. Professional and friendly.

“We had to replace 6 lbs of Freon over 13 months in one unit. We had 2 different HVAC companies look at our units and just top them off. ( Pioneer and A1 Finchum).

When our unit started having issues in less than 3 months after the last HVAC serviced it, we called Aire Care.

Logan, Bryan, and Austin were awesome.

Logan searched for the issue for 2 hours and found it. Bryan and Austin came out and replaced our refrigerant line at a very reasonable cost and allowed us time to paint the molding to hide the new line before install.

“I spent 4 days attempting to DIY my hvac. Once I exhausted my patience I reached out to Strada who was able to get someone to my location reasonably fast. Ronnie was my technician and he was very thorough in his diagnosis and repair. I compared their prices to a local Facebook forum and everyone said I was getting a fair deal. “Update: my wife called them and scheduled an appointment. Granted they didn’t call us back on two different occasions, but they were slammed due to the hot weather. Understandable.
They confirmed the unit was working correctly and the duct work was in poor condition. Losing AC into the attic space. Their original installation had NOTHING to do with our problems. They documented the problem with pictures and advised us how to proceed. We will definitely continue to use them.

Be very careful. They installed two units for us a couple of years ago. The upstairs unit had problems keeping up and it was the same tonnage as the previous one. We called multiple times with no call back. Finally had to leave a message asking them if they were ever going to call us back. Finally they did, tech came out and “fixed” it. Fast forward to the next summer. Same exact thing. Unit won’t keep up so we left a message. No call back once again. We’ve given them every opportunity to at MINIMUM call us back besides fix a unit that had issues from the beginning.“
