I had the pleasure of having my hair permed by Michael. I had always gone to another salon for this but every time I'd go to have a reperm it was always $10 to $20 higher for the same perm & the last time I went, I had told my stylist she was pricing me right out of her shop since the last perm was near $180. My condo mate referred me to Salon OC. I was a little afraid to change but because of limited budget I decided to give Salon OC a chance. Boy am I glad I did. Needless to say, Michael put me right at ease. He is so professional and so friendly. My perm was the BEST I have ever had and the price was $70 cheaper. My condo mate looked at it & was amazed at my hair....read full review
