    Absolutely amazing yoga studio. I have grown so much in my understanding of yoga postures, the practice, the roots, breath work and so much more as I’ve practiced at Blue Ridge Yoga. It isn’t just a yoga studio, where you punch in and take a class, it is a yoga studio that educate the students on the why of the practice then on the how and benefits of the practice. I never felt that classes were too advanced for me, as they were always postures given to modify and we were encouraged to do what was right for our own body.     I’ve been a member at Blue Ridge Yoga for almost two months now, and I absolutely love it. The variety of classes keeps things fresh and gives you the flexibility to choose exactly what you need each day. Every instructor I’ve taken a class with has been welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive.

    The instructors were very friendly and helpful. I did the first class free to try it out and I chose to do a chair yoga since I have to use a walker and have spinal cord injury I can't be up doing regular yoga. I was a little bit disappointed and annoyed because the instructor decided to change the class to a standing up class so I was not able to participate. It seems to be a good place to go if I were able to do more I would
