6512 Baum Dr SW #12, Knoxville“Acupuncture works for allergies!!! Rebekah treated me for poison ivy allergy in April. Normally when I get into poison ivy it blisters, after a week of itching, I go to the doctor and get a cortizone shot. The reaction usually lasts for weeks and is very uncomfortable. A month after Rebekah’s treatment I encountered poison ivy while working in my yard. That evening, I had a few itchy red bumps. The next morning they were gone! No blisters, no cortizone shot and no weeks of discomfort! She’s also been treating my season allergies. Since being treated I have had no allergy medications, no sinus infections and have been able to enjoy the outdoors! If you struggle with allergies, I highly recommend acupuncture as a treatment.“

The inside of the building is so lovely, calming and spacious. As for Cecil, I was blown away by the quality of my session and his services. You can truly tell that he's passionate about massage/aroma therapy. I can't recommend Cecil and Glowing Body enough!“

224 Brookview Centre Way Suite 200, Knoxville“I’ve been practicing for about ten years now, and yoga six has enhanced my practice so much. I’ve always been too scared to try inversions but have felt supported and encouraged into trying headstands and handstands in my practice from all of the instructors. The studio is always extremely clean and welcoming!“

516 Renford Rd, Knoxville“Easy to purchase passes (including a new timer special for an unlimited month). I really like their pricing structure; the relax classes are less than the flows, while 90m classes are slightly more. I’ve been places where nidra and flow are the same.
Parking was easy. Instructors are very welcoming. Good vibes - mellow, approachable, community feel. Classes feel more traditional than some I’ve taken (in a great way). So glad I gave it a go, I’ll now be a regular.“

My favorite instructor is Karen—she clearly loves her job and genuinely cares about people. She is charismatic, attentive, and hardworking👍
A cold towel with lavender essential oil during Savasana is a special kind of pleasure!❤
Thank you so much!“

151 Sherway Rd Ste. 6, Knoxville“I highly recommend Whole Body Massage and Pilates! Everyone I met there was so approachable and very professional. Today, I had my first private pilates lesson with Meghan and she was so knowledgeable and tailored my workout to my individual level and needs. I really appreciated how she clearly explained everything and how patient she was throughout the session. Highly recommend Meghan as an instructor and Whole Body Massage and Pilates to anyone looking for a high-quality experience. I am just a beginner and still learning the techniques but I can see all levels would benefit.“

She helps both my babies when they were itty bitty get over reflux, colic, tongue tie/latch issues, and birth trauma. She even managed to sneak in a little work for me which was profoundly helpful. She not only really knows her stuff but also has a huge heart and really great energy. So glad to know her!“

“Absolutely amazing yoga studio. I have grown so much in my understanding of yoga postures, the practice, the roots, breath work and so much more as I’ve practiced at Blue Ridge Yoga. It isn’t just a yoga studio, where you punch in and take a class, it is a yoga studio that educate the students on the why of the practice then on the how and benefits of the practice. I never felt that classes were too advanced for me, as they were always postures given to modify and we were encouraged to do what was right for our own body. I’ve also never practiced at a yoga studio that is so open to every level and every body. From the students to the instructors, they represent our community and teach that yoga is for everyone— not just for those that are super flexible or can master advanced poses. While there is a space for those that are advanced in their practice, there’s also a space for those that don’t even own a mat. If you are looking for a yoga studio, that will encourage you no matter where you are in your journey, I recommend Blue Ridge. It’s a special place.“
