“We were worried about a potential gas leak, called and got an appointment the same afternoon. They even sent agent information beforehand so that we knew who we'd be meeting.
Agent (Austin) came in and took the time to search around, testing every joint and connection. He didn't have the sniffer kit, but advised we could get that test done as well. He was very knowledgeable and even gave us good advice on what safety equipment he would recommend and next steps.”

“Communication about the appointment was great. They were on time, quickly assessed the problem, told us it was under warranty and ordered the part. Very happy.”
