“Where do I begin…. Well let me start with my issue first. Had a 2 year old PS5 bought brand new, barely played it. The few times I would play it had no issues - of course, then disaster struck and my PS5 made this loud pop sound and no longer had any life.

So it sat in a box for several months, contemplating what to do with it. I finally googled what’s nearby, and all of these uBreak-I-fix places pop up all over. That’s a big no for me, because I knew that I had a bigger problem.

Shout out to Michael from Data Tech 11, who also do repairs, for directing me to the person I am writing this review for now, Mr. Andrew Jansen! 🙌 Without Data Tech 11, I wouldn’t have known about Mr. Jansen!!

I send him a text message, and I’ll tell you I was pretty nervous because I basically didn’t want to get screwed over by some guy. He immediately calls me up! Not that this matters entirely, but it’s good to note that he is/was well spoken on the phone! Knowledgeable! Professional! So, I explain what my issue is, and he offers me a solution which I accept. And I’m really happy I did because he didn’t swindle me! In fact, he went a step above and kept me informed with every step of the way! That’s crucial!!! No ghosting, no leaving you in the dark, just out and open and willing to communicate with me. Further, he diagnosed the problem, sent me a picture of exactly what he was seeing, and explained my options. In my specific case, after talking with Andrew, I ultimately decided to scrap it!

TLDR Andrew Jansen and his business, JanTech, are a legitimate business with a wonderful person running the operation. He’s got a customer for life from me. Now hopefully if he starts getting bigger he can maintain that level of service, because as it stands right now 5 Shining Gold Stars!

Highly recommend! And he did tell me he dabbles in other electronic repairs besides Gaming Consoles/Computers. He said just ask him and he’ll let you know!”

“Working with Dean from Renegade has been a game-changer for my business. From the very beginning, Dean showed genuine care and concern for the success of my company. He was patient, thorough, and consistently went the extra mile to understand my goals and challenges.

What stood out the most was his willingness to learn about my business inside and out—he always asked thoughtful questions and offered valuable suggestions to improve my marketing strategy. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Dean was quick to jump on a call or Zoom, never making me feel like I was a burden.

There were many times I wasn’t available to manage my campaign, and Dean stepped in without hesitation to keep everything running smoothly. On top of that, the AI integrated into the Renegade system is sharp, responsive, and efficient, which made the whole process even more seamless.

I would highly recommend Dean from Renegade to anyone looking for a marketing partner who truly cares, brings great ideas, and is always ready to support your business. Marie B.”
