United Structural Systems is the only company I would consider for any future structural issues. This company operates with integrity and fairness , putting the customer first. In preparation for this work, over the course of more than a year I interviewed 9 local companies who do this type of work. The first 6 were approached last year and no two of them could agree on what work I needed to have done. Of the last three, USS gave me a proposal for only the work I needed, not trying to take advantage of me by trying to add things on that were unnecessary. The USS team did a wonderful job on my basement/crawlspace. From obtaining a very reasonably priced quote from Dylan, prompt scheduling from Matthew, to getting the work completed by Jesse, Khalil, and Nathan. I had jack systems, I-Beam supports, joist hangers, and a dehumidifier installed and feel more confident about the stability of my home. All of the men were very nice and professional from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough!
I’m not sure 5 stars is enough! We got multiple quotes and from the very beginning we had a great feeling about USS. Dylan easily gave us the most comprehensive and thorough inspection. He took so much time explaining everything and making sure we felt informed before he left our consultation. It also made us feel comfortable knowing that he has an engineering degree and wasn’t just some sales guy. Then, Brian, Will, and Nathan absolutely knocked it out of the park doing the work. Our crawlspace is pretty tight and it was impressive with how fast and hard they worked to quickly finish our project. If those three show up just know you are getting the very best.
