We offered refreshments multiple times, asked our preferences, and did not feel rushed at all. We got the simplest of pedicures but it felt like they went above and beyond. “Just finished a 60 min relaxing massage with La’Kewsha. Feeling very relaxed and noodle-y.
Used a gift certificate, had to use a card to reserve my spot online, but scheduling was straightforward.
I didn’t know they moved from Fountain City to off Weisegarber/Kingston Pike, but they sent me a text as a heads up. New location is easy to find.
Checking in was simple. I came early and they took me back early.
Massage therapist was professional, friendly, and has masterful thumbs. I didn’t opt for any add-ons, but they were offered a couple of times. She checked in with me about pressure and problem areas before starting. Pressure was amazing.
The “Little Retreat” room at the end was a nice touch. I enjoyed a warm neck weight and drank strawberry and orange infused ice water in a warm room with chill music and an electric fireplace. Also offered hot tea.
Payment was easy. Used gift card and used remainder of gift card balance to tip the massage therapist.
