So I am satisfied with the work completed.I rated 4 instead of 5 due to the pricing discrepancy from online to reality. Safe-Dry charges you based on square footage regardless of whatever "coupon" is out there. My house is small so the rate turned out to be only a slight difference. If you want a known flat rate service, go to the other carpet cleaner in town.“

“Apartment I live in, had a leaky roof. Quite a bit of water came into the apartment, soaked the walls and carpet. I would highly recommend this company. They have some of the best employees that I’ve ever met. They’re friendly. They don’t have an attitude they explain what’s going on. What a great job they did with their equipment. They were able to remove 7 gallons of water from my bedroom. Also, they pulled back. The carpet cut out the foam that everything dry and then put new foam padding and then folded the carpet back over and put it against the wall if that makes any sense. Great job guys.“
