“Unfortunately I forget the two guys names but they got up to look at my gutters and told me they were clean and didn't need to be serviced. They said they didn't want to charge me because they didn't need to do anything. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL HONESTY ! I'M SIXTY- SIX YEARS OLD AND JUST HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY. I COULDN'T CLIMB UP THERE TO SEE IF THEY WERE CLEAN OR DIRTY . THEY COULD HAVE LIED TO ME AND JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND I'D NEVER KNOW. THEY EVEN TOOK PICTURES TO SHOW ME. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW GREAT IT IS TO HAVE A COMPANY WITH HONESTY EMPLOYEES TO STILL BE AROUND WITH THE WAY THE WORLD IS TODAY. I DON'T WANT TO BE NEGATIVE BUT I REALLY BELEIVE MOST GUYS WOULD HAVE JUST TOOK MY MONEY. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES NEEDED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY!!!“

So I am satisfied with the work completed.I rated 4 instead of 5 due to the pricing discrepancy from online to reality. Safe-Dry charges you based on square footage regardless of whatever "coupon" is out there. My house is small so the rate turned out to be only a slight difference. If you want a known flat rate service, go to the other carpet cleaner in town.“

“Apartment I live in, had a leaky roof. Quite a bit of water came into the apartment, soaked the walls and carpet. I would highly recommend this company. They have some of the best employees that I’ve ever met. They’re friendly. They don’t have an attitude they explain what’s going on. What a great job they did with their equipment. They were able to remove 7 gallons of water from my bedroom. Also, they pulled back. The carpet cut out the foam that everything dry and then put new foam padding and then folded the carpet back over and put it against the wall if that makes any sense. Great job guys.“
