“We are located in East Knoxville and lost heat for a couple days. We searched for a local for repair and saw the reviews. Sean responded to our call the next day and replaced what he thought was the culprit to our issue. Our heat went out again that night so Sean returned the following day and kept us updated. Turns out there was a large ant stuck in one of the tubes. We will be using his service again. “Tired of the new washers they make these days. Stopped in with little hope of finding an older mechanical machine in decent shape. They had a large selection of newer and older units. You can tell they have really tried to rebuild these machines, not just repair them. Got a great Kenmore washer and dryer set for half of what a new washer costs. The staff was helpful without being pushy. Can't recommend enough.“
