    The power class from specifically Lyric was so so good! I cant say the same about my other power class experience here, but if you stick to Lyric's its something to come back for!

    Jordan D is an incredible teacher. She gives thoughtful & consistent instruction and emphasizes the inner work rather than just the body. Very impressed with and grateful for her classes!
