I chose Foxy carefully years ago when I moved to Knoxville & was in need of a new stylist with curl knowledge (my curls are 3b-3c) and she did NOT disappoint. At the time, my hair didn't get a lot of professional attention so I wasn't really sure what to expect, but I instantly became a return client when I was listened to, accepted, and respected by her warm chairside manner. Curly girls know that it can be hard to give up control, but y'all, I just let Foxy be Foxy and then I'm foxy, you feel me? My curls have never *hand clap emoji* been *hand clap emoji* more *hand clap emoji* predictable than when Foxy had her hands in my strands.
Just book it & trust.
Foxy is the best hair cutter I've ever experienced. EVER. Like in the history of my hair- 43 years! She's talented beyond what you could even imagine. My hair is thick and fine. She works to make sure every strand lays perfectly and that the cut will last me months.
I first met Foxy when I went to a new (to me) salon to get my color done. My color gal didn't do cuts and recommended Foxy. OH MY GOSH! She's like my sister from another mister! We clicked. From that first cut I was hooked!
Even when Foxy moved to L.A. I would patiently wait for her to return to Knoxville (to see family or friends) and squeeze in a cut. I am sure there are less expensive cuts. She is worth every penny! For real!
I couldn't post a review without mentioning her blowouts. They're the stuff dreams are made of. Her blowouts last me DAYS AND DAYS! She is so good with a round brush - it'll make you crazy! I feel like a supermodel when I leave her studio. You can't put a price on that feeling. Am I right?
One last thing I'll mention is that she's a world class entrepreneur. That basically means- she's a hustler. You can tell she's driven and dedicated and that's just ONE of the reasons I love her so.
Over the years I've sent many friends to her and they all concur. Foxy is the best in the biz. From L.A. to big orange country, it'll always be Foxy for me!
