“Driving along, we saw their bill board... "2000 rugs on display". We have been looking to buy a new area rug, so we decided to see if there really was that many rugs to look at. WELL THERE ARE THAT MANY!!! The staff were very friendly and gave us a quick explanation of their layout and we were encouraged to look for as long as we wanted. We spend a couple hours looking at all the rugs hanging on display racks. If a person can't find what they want here looking for a rug, then they may be stuck with bare floors. We picked out 3 that we liked, then we asked if they could hold it for 24 hours while we confirmed our measurements at home and called them back. They were happy to help us. The next day I called back, paid for our rug over the phone, and returned the following day to bring it home. The store had it rolled and wrapped in very heavy plastic to protect it on our 45 minute drive home. Helped me load it up and we were on our way home. We are extremely happy we spotted that bill board. Loving our new rug. It looks and feels AWSOME in our home. We will definitely be returning for any future floor coving needs.“

“Very happy with my new LVP floor, replacing a very old parquet floor that was probably installed a long time ago. (Just bought the house...) The kitchen is not rectangular, but they had no problems with that. The existing custom cabinets were installed over the old floor, so they had to chisel out the old floor from under the toekicks to get the new floor installed seamlessly. They had no problems with this.“

“Awesome experience! I was able to look through the available carpet in stock and order said available carpet! The day I picked carpet, they also were able to come out that afternoon to remeasure my layout. Then they got the carpet installed within a week! Big box stores tried to nickel and dime me, belittle my choices, tried to upsell me and still had a lead time of 3 weeks. This was a much better experience! Everyone was super professional and kind. Much better to support local professionals than the big box stores. 10/10 company!“
